The film won Best Performance at the Edinburgh Film Awards and received four nominations and a win at BAFTA Cymru.

Hello / Shwmae – I’m Fflur Dafydd, a novelist and screenwriter working in Welsh and English. I’ve written over 50 hours of drama for S4C and BBC iPlayer, and adapted my novel Y Llyfrgell (The Library Suicides) into a feature film. My latest novel, The House of Water, is a psychological thriller about identity, memory and buried secrets. If you’ve found your way here—croeso!
